Reports > Property costs report

Property cost report is designed to provide a detailed overview of the Costs for the whole Property across multiple periods.

General costs overview can give valuable insights to the Landlord for a better understanding of what areas should be improved in the Property.

Example I: The Landlord/Owner wants to see the consumption of electricity (gas, water, heating) for the last year: Total, Individual, and General.
Example II: Landlord wants to prepare ESG report for 2023 and needs more information about the CO2 emissions in the Property.

Here are some guidelines how you can filter, group and sort data according to your needs.

Filter

First step - filter the information that you need using the options listed below:

Period: selecting Start and End dates. Or choose ready-made options "This Year", "Last Year".

Cost type: by default, you see only "Electricity", but you can select from the drop-down several Cost types or All.

Property-building sets: by default, you see All. Usually, each property only has 1 set, so you can just filter from our Main Property filter in the heading. But if you have multiple Cost sets within 1 Property, then you can further select the set from this filter.

Usage/Cost/CO2: by default, you see the Electricity in Usage units (kWh in case of Electricity), but you can select to view the Cost, meaning everything in Euros, or CO2

NB! For this, you need to set up relevant CO2 emissions factors in the Costs > Building settings > Enabling CO2 emissions conversion.

After you select all fields of interest, do not forget to click on the Search.

Grouping, sorting and adjusting the view

Make sure you select exactly what you need by choosing the right columns, grouping and sorting the data – see detailed instructions in here.
